Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your
RDPD Surveillance & Security purchase, you may return it within thirty days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, and opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) based on the condition of the return. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the terms below. To return a product, please follow the instructions below:
1. All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
24Seven Cameras will not accept a return unless it has an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, e-mail at support@RDPD.com
To receive an RMA number, you will need to provide, in your e-mail , the following information:
-Name of purchaser
-E-mail address used to place original order
-Date of purchase
-Reason for return
-If product is defective or damaged, tell us if you want to exchange it for another product.
2. Once you have obtained an RMA number, ship the product back to

3. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning products. 24Seven Cameras is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise shipped by you.
4. When your return has been received and processed, we will issue a check or credit to your credit card. |
